At Ranfurlie Asset Management, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, retailers, suppliers, trades and communities is our number one priority, as we monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.
Our management team is meeting regularly and continues to act on the advice of the Victorian Government and the World Health Organisation in following their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus.
We are working continually to safeguard successful business continuity with a focus on our company values of Honesty and Integrity, Passion, Caring, Vision and Quality.
Our shopping centres, in accordance with the Victorian Government directive (effective midnight 5th August, 2020) of Stage 4, Stay at Home restrictions, will continue to serve our centres local communities with essential services.
Shops that are allowed to remain open for customers during the current Stage 4 restrictions are as follows (please visit individual shopping centre websites for varied trading hour confirmation);
Kmart at Manor Lakes Central and Tarneit Central will offer ‘no contact’ click and collect only (please visit kmart.com.au for further details).
All other retail services and shops remain closed until further notice.
Children’s play areas and food courts remain closed and our stringent cleaning policies remain in effect throughout all our centres and workplaces.
Reduced trading hours for Manor Lakes Central, Tarneit Central, Burnside Hub and Hunt Club Village shopping centres have been introduced in line with the 8pm curfew currently in place
To protect yourself and those around you, we ask every member of our community to adopt safe physical distancing measures while visiting our centres. This includes avoiding crowded areas and maintaining adequate space of at least 1.5 metres between yourself and others when queuing or moving through the centre.
It is also a requirement as of midnight Wednesday 22nd July, 2020 that any person shopping or visiting our centres must wear a face covering (mask) in line with the Victorian Government directive.
We are closely monitoring public health updates and are prepared to act quickly should advice change. It goes without saying that our community’s health and wellbeing comes first.

As per Victorian Government guidelines, anyone displaying symptoms should get tested immediately.
